Designed specifically for sponge matress manufacturing, this line supports PUR hot melt adhesive application. The roller gluing system offers rapiddrying eliminating the need for large storage areas while allowing immediate compression and rolling after bonding.The process begins at the roller gluer: foam sheets are coated with adhesive, then conveyed to the auxiliary laminating table for layer alignment.A pressing unit ensures full bonding before the assembly moves to the bagging station for inner cover insertion. After bagging, the unit travels viaconveyor to the automated sewing station for inner sleeve stitching. Finally, the outer cover is applied, followed by compression and roll-packagingall in a seamless, continuous flow.
